The double room came with necessary amenities like an iron, key card, and a TV, and having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice touch.

Great location with easy access to public transportation including a nearby BART station to get to San Francisco, as well as being close to a local park.

The hotel was located near to San Francisco, Oakland, and Bay Bridge Inn. We stayed for 1 night and really enjoyed the room, which was newly remodelled with huge bathroom. Its location was great to the BART station. Also, Slipstream Sculpture was close at hand.

Our room was actually smoke free & the bedding smelled clean. The wifi didn't reach our room toward the end of the building but they gave us a cord which worked great. The price & the convenience to all points around the bay can't be beat. But you get what you pay for...
The surfaces easily reachable were relatively clean & sanitary (though tatty) clearly no one ever cleans past that. The advertisement said the whole hotel was non-smoking (part of why we picked it) but when we arrived they asked us if we wanted smoking or non-smoking. We picked a king sized room because it was supposed to have a desk in it, but didn't. The hooker & pimp smoking nasty stanky pot were in the wing across the way way from us so we didn't have to smell it in our room, but did as we got into our car. There are loud crazy people on the street late at night - only a real problem if you like to keep the windows open as we do. If you didn't grow up in oakland or a similar area you probably aren't going to feel comfortable in this 'hood. Again though, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were impeccably clean and cosy. They had an iron, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel TV. the location was marvellous and easy in a pretty quiet area. the staff I encountered were very kind and pleasant.

Very quiet and comfortable.
The staff does not change the sheets on a daily basis nor do they make up the rooms. Perhaps it's because they charge only $32.99 per day. You get what you pay for!!

It was cheap; not close to public transportation that I could tell--I had a car.
Hot water in shower was inadequate. Wifi not accessible. Office quick to telephone for things they wanted but did not pick up when I called about the wifi.
